Taking the opportunity of the state’s four ministries and commissions jointly issuing the support for developing the beef cattle import and slaughtering and processing in Yunnan province, Dakang Agriculture aims at constructing the base of inspection and quarantine, slaughtering and deep processing, and farming for 1.5 million cross-border beef cattle when setting up its layout  of cross-border beef cattle industry at the Sino-Burmese border (Rui Li City of Dehong) and China-Laos border ( Mengla County and Jinghong of Xishuangbanna). It will create the integrated whole industry chain and builds itself into the country’s important and leading enterprise in beef cattle slaughtering, farming, deep processing and cold chain distribution by taking advantage of two markets and two kinds of resources.

Dakang will build the standardized modern quarantine field and slaughtering factory for 500,000 imported live cattle respectively at Rui Li， Jinghong and Mengla ports in light of the project overall plan. In the future, based on the placement of 1.5 million cattle in Yunnan, the beef cattle industry will be expected to expand its business covering one million cattle in Brazil, 500,000 cattle in Australia and New Zealand, thus realizing its annual amount of cattle trade up to three million.
